All caps are nullable: record_limit=null means the org is uncapped
(no enforcement). The dashboard uses this to render an "X of Y
records remaining" indicator alongside export controls.

Lifetime cap on rows the organization can export across all feeds whose quota_source is 'organization'. null means the org is uncapped.
records_usedRows already consumed from the org pool. Always 0 when record_limit is null.
Rows still available. Equal to max(0, record_limit - records_used). null when record_limit is null.
Reset cadence. Currently only 'lifetime'. Reserved for future monthly/billing-period resets.
Get Builder Feed Limit
Return the calling org's self-serve feed cap snapshot.
feed_limit=null means the org is uncapped. feeds_used is the
live count of feeds in this org with created_by_user_id IS NOT NULL (i.e. created via the user-facing builder). Used by the
builder to gate the Save button and surface "X of Y feeds".
